Regional Governance Models – Exploring models that can motivate through competition. This will require extensive discussion in the future. 4. Public Defenders – Proposing selected positions regionally to assist in legal processes for individuals who cannot afford the expenses. 5. National Security and the Role of the Military – A thought-provoking topic requiring further discussion and analysis. 6. The most important question – how do we get there is still very much an open question with no clear answers
